No, the quoted or hourly cost does not include any spare parts. Charges for parts are separate.

Homizon.in does not offer any warranty on parts purchased from the local market or those provided by the customer.
3. What are Building Doctor Services?
They include expert electrician, plumber, carpenter, and cleaning services for homes and commercial spaces.
4. Are your service providers verified?
Yes, all professionals are background-verified, trained, and experienced in their trades.
5. Do you handle urgent service requests?
Yes, we offer priority support for emergencies — contact us via call or WhatsApp.
6. Do you offer material or do I need to arrange it?
We carry common materials. Anything specific will either be purchased upon your approval or arranged by you.
7. What is your pricing policy?
₹300 for the first hour. After that, ₹200/hour. For larger jobs, we share a quote in advance.
